SBTI Personality Test (sbti.digital, "we" or "the site") respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
This site does not require registration and does not collect personally identifiable information such as name or phone number. Test scoring runs locally in your browser; only when you voluntarily submit your result do we store your answers, scores, personality type code, and anonymous country/region code (detected by Cloudflare) in our database, used for generating your report and leaderboard statistics. Only when you purchase a paid deep-report, the third-party payment processor Polar collects your email address to deliver access credentials and a receipt — the site itself does not access or store your email or payment information.
Your full answer record is stored in our database to generate your personal report; the public leaderboard only aggregates by personality type code and country/region code (automatically detected by the Cloudflare network, not precise geolocation). The leaderboard cannot be linked to you personally.
We use Datafast (datafa.st) for anonymous traffic analytics and funnel measurement. Datafast does not collect personally identifiable information such as name or email, but it does set identification cookies in your browser (see the Cookies section below).
The site itself does not set first-party cookies to track users. Browser sessionStorage is used only to temporarily save test progress and is automatically cleared when you close the page. The Datafast analytics we use sets identification cookies (datafast_visitor_id, datafast_session_id) in your browser; when you initiate a paid checkout, our server reads these cookie values and passes them to the payment processor Polar so we can attribute visits to payments end-to-end. Additionally, we display Google AdSense advertising (see next section), and our ad provider may also set cookies in your browser.
We display advertising through Google AdSense to keep the site free. As a third-party vendor, Google uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting https://www.google.com/settings/ads, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at http://www.aboutads.info. We use Cloudflare for web hosting, CDN, and security. Payment for paid deep-reports is processed independently by Polar (polar.sh); your email and payment details are collected and stored solely by that provider — we do not access or retain them. Advertising is served by Google AdSense. These services may collect anonymous network request logs or cookie data.
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
